All submissions shall be original and unpublished and must not be under consideration on any other forum. Authors must strictly adhere to the policies of Academic Integrity and refrain from any act of plagiarism or copyright infringement. In the case of any disputes, UPES Student Law Review or the University shall not be held liable for the professional misconduct of the author(s).


The submissions shall be on a rolling basis and all authors can send in any desired number of entries.

We have a stringent policy to uphold our academic honour code and no manuscript shall exceed more than15% plagiarism of the total length of the submission.
